Made a follow up appointment for Claire to come and do my lash infill’s for 1pm by 1.40pm still no sign of her and no answer on her phone.48 hours later no response to my voicemail or email with an explanation or an apology.Very unprofessional but i guess that is what separates people like this from successful people... read full comment
