Friendly staff but the record section hasn’t been updated for a year and theres plenty in the stock room not being put out.

The girl who was on duty Wednesday was so friendly and helpful. She said she'd not had a coffee break all day so I bought one and took it in for her. She was really grateful. Staff like her are rare, I hope she's valued highly by the Ref Cross organisation.
