Lovely friendly shop, the staff are always friendly, welcoming and happy to lend a hand if you are looking for a particular item or card.Always my first port of call for cards or presents, Cloud & Cove and their sister business By the way are assets to BOA. Well done team you are fantastic!

Cloud and Cove, and its sister shop By The Way, is my go-to shop for presents for friends and family. It’s very hard to go in and not have something catch your eye! Friendly staff who are so helpful. Fran organised a beautiful gift box during lockdown for a couple of my housebound relatives. Customer service was top notch.

Cloud & Cove and By The Way serve our community so well. All the products have been carefully chosen by someone with amazing taste. It's the go to, for cards, gifts or for treating yourself. All the staff are welcoming and helpful. So grateful to have these shops in BoA.

We sell a range of gifts, jewellery and cards for every age. Homeware from lamps, plant pots, to ceramics. Clothes, including Chalk and Ochre. Body and bath products, candles, diffusers - all made by British companies. We try to sell from suppliers who strive to trade ethically.
