We were gifted the experience of afternoon tea at Lucknam Park and were really looking forward to our visit. We arrived at the hotel and waited in reception however we were ignored so my husband went off to find a member of staff and was eventually directed to the drawing room . We were not asked if we had made a booking...

Wonderful evening with delicious food. A few minor hick ups got in the way of it being perfect but we enjoyed ourselves.
