Visited at 12:40 on the 11th March The cashier wasn’t listening properly to anyone’s orders and had one AirPod in so was clearly distracted. Anna was amazing at helping me out with my phone this week. Turned out to be a network issue and not the phone. Don't know what is of done without her. Brilliant service and very friendly. Highly recommend.

Terrible service - waited in queue for 10 minutes as both employees were occupied in back kitchen washing and clearing up. Place was also a mess with tables left uncleared for my 30 minute stay.
