Always a large queue and never enough staff to deal with the amount of customers.

Most staff are rude. Amesbury needs another chemist so they have some competition and up their service

Script was sent by doctor on the 25th October 2023 and I went to pick it up on the 30th when I got there iwas told to wait 20mins then 3 more people came in one of which the staff knew they made me continue to wait for another half hour and served the other people.
