Absolutely diabolical. Key card didn't work 3 times. Attitude reeked when being told to try again and again. No lift for a heavy suitcase, told to leave it with her in reception overnight (not ideal when you need your pjs. No amenities and room was b Haaltic. Avoid like the plague!!
