Popped in mid week after work with friends from work. They had a beer festival on, with a huge range of beers to try. Ordered food, the new shawarma wrap meal. Food and pint were less than £10. Disrespectful staff! Refused to serve, even though there was a queue. Decided to talk about us to other staff members over walkie talkies..... which isn't acceptable in any way shape or form. Perhaps instead of chopping a few lemons you should deal with a queue first! Also my first drink was served wrong, it was served... read full comment
