Good service and most of staff are lovely but food not great. Vegetarian root vegetable pie late to arrive and when it did was overcooked, hard thick pastry, veg from carvery over cooked and mushy. Some improvements needed

Took my partner and son for a meal on ours sons 2nd birthday and my partner got her carvery whilst I watched our child and then I went to get my carvery and stood in a queue of 6 people at most and we all waited upto 20 minutes before being served as there was one person working on the carvery so it ended up me and my partner... read full comment
