Ordered an ICED peach tea. No ice, room temperature, with a withered lemon in the bottom. Rubbish.

Despite being extremely busy, I found the staff that dealt with me go above and beyond in customer service.\\nFor such long queues, one could expect to get minimal satisfactory service. However the staff here were patient and offered us additional cakes when the sandwich we wanted wasn't in. A perfect example of doing something... read full comment
