Noone ever answers the phone at this place.Tried for 30 minutes to get through and noone picked up the phone .?

My partner visited on Friday as I was ill. Asked for two different quite common medicines for nausea but neither were stocked. Opted for Rennies but has since realised was charged twice. Not offered a receipt so doubt it’s possible to get a refund.

ALL prescriptions can take days.I can understand my repeat prescriptions taking this long (although not really longer than a week sometimes when I'm down to minimal medication) but if you go in straight from the doctors when you're ill it shouldn't take days for you yo get something to make you better.This isn't just a... read full comment
