10 minutes late as stuck in traffic tried calling as I knew I was going to be late in phone queue for 25 minutes no answer. Was turned away as they said next appointment had arrived and they were too busy to answer the phone. I was asked if I would like to book for another day ! No I will take my business elsewhere.

Probably the worst place I’ve ever been. The woman who sat us down was so condescending and horrible. She was telling us about how good they are about customers service and I felt like walking out with how she was talking to me and my mother.
