I sent a document through here for signed delivery and it never arrived to the address

Need to update their website to state that it is closed for lunch for an hour (possibly longer) from 1pm until 2pm! Not great having to walk there for 15 mins in the rain and sleet to find it is closed during this time. Such a simple thing to do, please get it updated!

Just trundled in sleet and cold at 1:30pm as it states it was open and I needed to deposit some money. Imagine my dismay to find it closed. No wonder post offices are closing everywhere. Maybe this one is next.Even the post office website states it is open.
