Awful awful business, absolutely no care or thought gone into the holiday booking process at all, very unprofessional staff, and the owner (Sam?) is extremely condescending towards her staff and *attempts* to pressures you into booking. I prefer to have control of all aspects of my holiday using online websites or flight/holiday apps - I get some people may want it all handled for them. Booking with Oneworld restricted us in that we were reliant on them providing us with documentation/vouchers/boarding passes. The timing was such that we felt the need... read full comment
