Trying to change accounts but because I'm a named person on my husband's account & he doesn't do online banking I can't get one with them . Then trying to get in touch is difficult

Called here recently only to get a bag of £1 coins, after some unnecessary questions from the staff, it turned out that they wouldn't do it because I didn't bank with them. It would have taken them less than 1 minute to do

I would like to thank all of Lloyd's bank for all their help and support, which they have gone above and beyond, following my mum's death and we had to sort out her affairs, they made a difficult situation, a little better, so for that, I would like to say a very heart felt thank you.J& k lockwood
