Absolutely unhelpful staff. Couldn’t be bothered to chase a prescription up from a ward in pinderfieds. Advised to come 18 miles to go to the ward to sort my prescription out myself.

Went around 0930 not too busy at this time..Always the option to drop off and pick up later.Was told it would be 15 minutes it was 10,Need to bear in mind hospital medication is also distributed from here so a wait should sometimes be expected.Parking is free not sure for how long but i was around 20 minutesGreat service*****

Absolutely appalling service all round. The staff seem oblivious or unconcerned towards patients waiting to be served. NO apology, NO polite greeting, NO thank you, NO manners!The instruction leaflets for my forthcoming procedure which were supplied with my medication are unfit for purpose.
