Didn't catch her name but about a month back i stumbled over at 6:30 having stayed in the Travelodge over night in desperate need of a proper coffee and whichever lady had just come on shift made me the best cappuccino I've ever had. No actual crockery available to have a coffee in. If you are going to charge the amount you do for a mug of coffee, you need to realise you are selling an experience not just a coffee. This seems to happen a lot a motorway services as if you don't realise it matters.

On two different occasions, I have been served Latte with skimmed milk in smelly cup.Point one: it's the large cups that smell not drinks.Point two: you need to specifically ask for whole milk and manifest that throughout the process of making your latte. Otherwise, you will not get it.
