Visited the wakefield store today. Was impressed with the service given to my husband and myself by Tracey. She listened to all or questions and answered them to put us at ease. Tracey gave good customer service and is a asset to carpetright

I requested help with an issue with my flooring which was laid 6 months ago. It is moving and I've had no help or response with regard to this issue. I was told the Manager was off sick for a week and I've heard nothing since. Not happy.
