Boots pharmacy near homestead medical centre, is not good service, my mums medicineran out 4days ago, and chemist are not sorting it out, I am stressed, cause mum's medicine not ready yet, appalling service, they don't care anymore

Hate all staff and not helpful or kind all staff are ignorant of my back condition. All boots are getting like this now

Poor service by the same woman twice now (the one that says she is just covering here). Awful service no customer service skills, she’s in the wrong job! Moved to this pharmacy due to the one in Lupset closing but it’s safe to say I will be switching to another one now.
