It was just a very positive experience from start to finish. I was quite nervous, not having been to the opticians in many years. All the staff were very welcoming and put me at my ease instantly. Lovely service throughout the whole process.

Everyone was so lovely, caring and attentive with my MECS app. From Mike making my app to the lovely optician Nyla I think her name was who explained everything. Very friendly
