    Yet again my parcel was delivered Saturday at 2.01pm...go in and the again lady behind the counter was basically 'well its not here...prove it was delivered here'. So brought up ebay confirmation...totally unhelpful...every time I have to have a parcel delivered this happens...this lady has absolutely no customer service... read full comment
