Just had 2 ribeye steaks for tea. Amazing !! Pan fried , they cut like butter , probably the best I have had , even in a restaurant.

Bought 2 sirloin steaks today, Valentine's treat, the steaks were really, really poor. Cooked and rested, they were difficult to cut and really chewey to the point of having to spit them out. Won't be going there again.
