The Wi-Fi did not work reliably in our room. Had to log in to use the wi-fi - which is unnecessary hassle. There were plastic flowers everywhere - nothing real - for this class of hotel expect real flowers. The "herb garden" is a joke! I would like to start by saying the room was exceptional. The staff were so welcoming and the food was exquisite. The grounds of the Castle are beautiful. Don’t walk, run to book a night at this breathe taking hotel.
