Lovely old pub, hearty food and good friendly service ?

Wonderful little pub/eatery. Established in 1307. It's like taking a stope back in time eating here. The food was exceptional ? The service was brilliant, they have lovely friendly staff. Beautiful location next to the river. Would highly recommend if you want lovely food in a lovely place.
Welcome to The Old Bridge Inn, Village Pub and Restaurant in Ripponden, just outside Halifax in West Yorkshire. This ancient inn has changed little over the last 700 years. As you approach it over the old packhorse bridge, and enter into this charming, civilised hostelry, there will always be a warm welcome from your third generation hosts Tim and Lindsay Walker and staff.

Please note that, whilst we do not allow dogs inside the pub, dogs are allowed in the ouside seating areas and tethering rings and water bowls are available around the exterior.
