The doctors and nurses have always been really lovely once you manage to get an appointment but the practice is constantly let down by the admin/front of house team. Please stay away from this surgey.Waited for over an hr for someone to answer my call, you can never get through to the receptionist. If you are lucky to enough to get connected then she won't have much information to help.My private GP sent 3 urgent refferals which the said that they never received. What a joke

Got a text asking if I could attend an appointment In half an hours time rushed to get there arriving 5 mins late. Automatic check in wasn't working so waited at reception for over 10 mins (a woman in front of me complaining about a missingprescription) Was then refused to be seen. Fuming
