30/1/24 went to this post office to tax a vehicle without a log book. The couple in this post office told me exactly what to do, they were so very helpful, very polite and friendly. There was a number I had forgotten so they gave me their mobile number so I didn’t have to go home and back again. They advised me on costs...

Doesn't open at 08:30 as stated online. It is supposed to open at 09:00, but this morning it was 09:20. Not pleasant when it's cold and when you have other places to be.

I used to go out of my way to use this post office because of the lovely previous owners. What a stark contrast to find the new owners unhelpful, ignorant in manner, inpatient & treating customers as non entities. I shan’t be using this post office again.
