absolutely disgusted with this bank -been with Yorkshire bank for over 50 years since virgin took over had nothing but bother and they closed the kly branch down switching taking 1 month to lloydes now have to back into branch

Really disappointed with the service at this branch for the 2nd time this year! Told to go to branch by telephone service to open a savings account for my 16 year old. When I got there with my son they had nobody there to deal with it and had to make an appointment for another day. Haven’t even got a branch in my town... read full comment
