Absolutely awful service. Staff were rude, unhelpful and completely useless. Pharmacist was apathetic and more interested in face timing her family. I have worked in the NHS for over 20 years and was shocked by the apathetic and disinterested attitude. I am amazed that this service is still serving the public. Shame on... read full comment

The staff are very nice, but unfortunately it's impossible to get a hold of them by phone and they are always missing items from the perscriptions. They also take a long time to order medication, GP perscribed 2 days ago and only by asking did they put the order in..

Pharmacist didn't bother to check if they had my infant daughter's prescription when the GP sent the prescription two days ago. Got told me to just come back tomorrow. Overall poor attitude and customer service.
