Really poor experience, my partner took 2 parcels in to be sent back to different shops and they sent them both to the same place. When questioned they said it was correct, it wasn’t until I looked at the receipt I noticed they’d gone to the same place. Won’t be using again!

Opens when it wants - multiple times I have visited during the day and it is closed without notice. Running a Post Office is a service, and opening times should be stuck to - if not, revoke the license and give it to someone else that is committed.

Opening times are abysmal, sending international items have always been a nightmare at this PO.
