I have been working in Shipley and went to wrose Rd co-op several time over the last 10 days I was served by a lady called Raj a few times. I found Raj extremely helpful, polite. She is a real star ?

Lovely staff but more training from the company in terms of customer awareness would be useful. 4 staff stacking shelves and a lady running solo on the tills. It was a shame as the queue numbered almost a dozen, but still she had to call on the intercom for help. Kinda felt bad for her.
