Thank you to Frankie and Katie today for amazing service, drinks and cake! They took their time to serve me, felt very welcomed and didn’t feel rushed to order at all. Great teamwork and customer service. Highly recommend, best Nero based on service alone.

Quite a busy place and seating an be an issue at peak times, but all in all a good experience.4/5 stars as it did take a while to be served and some of the tables were not cleared.Food and coffee was consistent as they seem to be in this chain, but I do at times (having been a few) find some of the cakes a little dry.... read full comment

Long queue to get served but same as other coffee houses. Not an attractive interior to sit back and enjoy a chat with friends.
