Double booked my appointment and never contacted me to let me know.Staff were incredibly rude.Wouldn’t even trust to run a bath never mind a building society.

Time wasters.. rude staff. Complete waste of time.Had an appointment booked to open several accounts for myself and my two children.They are completely incompetent and I wouldn’t trust with my money.
