There aren't enough staff to keep the tables clear, serve customers and carry orders to tables so the place always looks full of uncleared tables. You need to get rid of this self service ordering screen and employ more staff to actually take orders 1. Only one available 2. Takes too long to order especially for the elderly. 3. Touch screen was filthy

No free donuts as advertised with every hot drink, no serviettes out, no teaspoons out, steel teapot dirty, staff members stressed, unfriendly and very understaffed, breakfast mediocre at best. Used to be great value, dropped to sometimes ok.
