Called and was told oh its due to be delivered today you will get a text or we will call you if not in (Wednesday). No text no call. Called back today (Friday) no it's not in. Absolutely appalling. You can NEVER get through by phone and when you go there is always a queue or wait for the pharmacy. They never seem to have prescriptions ready even if you’ve sent it a week before… always have to send repeat prescription a week early for my child and can guarantee it’s still not ready to collect... read full comment

We are finally changing chemists. Prescriptions are never ready even when you are asked to come back a day later. I'm sure boots won't mind losing money!!!
