Absolutely rude member of staff this evening, elderly lady with short hair, clearly in a bad mood and doesn't want to be there. Asked me for ID when clearly in work clothes with an ID badge (I'm 35) claims I don't look 25. Went to collect a large item that I ordered from click and collect today. I asked the staff member if she would help me to my car that was parked directly outside with it, as I had my 6 week old baby with me in a pram and the item couldn't fit underneath.
