Waited for an hour for one pizza and chips for it to arrive cold. Called up to complain and was told they could replace as a remedy but didn’t fancy waiting another hour. Was then offered a discount on next order which I thought was a bit presumptuous given the fact I called up to complain. I Order from here quite a bit... read full comment
