Very bad customer service. They don't even answer their phone.

Poor opening hours and no longer a good pharmacy. Always something wrong with prescriptions. Staff forgetful and leave the phone ringing. Has now become a monthly occurrence where urgent medication is not ordered in stock nor an alternative requested from the Drs resulting in no medication and needing to call 111 and ringing... read full comment

There was confusion with my prescription but it wasn't their fault. The staff are helpful and friendly but not always organised.
