Made an appointment for 1245 . Sat and waited . Spoke to staff after 45 mins of waiting to be seen to be told optician had gone for lunch even tho appointment s were booked in and they shouldn't of gone . And the other optician then went for there lunch meaning no one to see anyone and all just sat there . Ended up cancelling... read full comment
