Just had my flu jab today and I never experienced as much pain and blood having it done as I did at this Boots Pharmacy.To make matters worse, the Pharmacist was blowing his runny nose when I walked in the consultancy room and he didn't even wash his hands before administering the flu jab.

I’ve started to dread picking up prescriptions from this place. Every single time you stand waiting ages while the staff blatantly ignore you, and some of the assistants are so rude it’s unbelievable. They just can’t be bothered with customers. There really needs to be some basic customer service training, just awful.
