Just been to cohens on Northgate Close, Pontefract.Pharmacist chewing gum which I didn’t think appropriate.Then 3 staff , ignoring the queue, chatting about their rebate! One member of staff reading from her phone in a loud voice explaining her rebate from somebody!No professional service what so ever. A disgrace

Cohens failed to flag up that a medication review was due so didn’t deliver my elderly Mother’s prescription. This is not the first time this has happened and we were given no warning about this.
