Both times I have attempted to collect a parcel in the past week I have been met by rude staff and without my parcel (despite having the confirmation email and photo ID).

This is the worst post office in Philadelphia!!!!!! There always closed !!! Never open on time !!! It’s always an issue with the mail I do not recommend going here !!

Post mistress Harvey was exceptionally, knowledgeable, kind and patient today when I forgot my pin code. Fantastic service! 10/10
