The bank was shut today with no warning or notice to customers. Very poor service. Lost a customer as result

Hate to say it as the girls are usually very helpful.....but since covid came about the place is hardly ever open. I've actually lost count of the amount of times I've tried to visit, and they've been closed. Often without even a notice to say why, and for how long.Pretty bad.

Halifax bank like all bank's move's on with time's, however this is not always good for the public,for instance automated deposits and withdrawals,the ATM cannot read type written cheques,so you have to find a branch with tellers, good luck with one, withdrawals,if you want to withdraw more than£2500. you will have to... read full comment
