Abusive woman behind the counter. Asked her to pick a sign up that was on the floor I nearly slipped on. Then asked me if I picked it up and I told her it’s not my job so no and she didn’t like that so decided she would be verbally abusive and snatched a drink out of my hand that I was waiting to buy.
