Been an on going battle since the 10th October, £480 was paid by a standing order to an estate agents I haven't used since 2019.staight away I called the bank and they exampled they would send a refund request to the estate agents and they just need to accept it and the money would be put back in but could take 20 working... read full comment

Very grimy, unresponsive cash machines. The bank should be ashamed. They keep closing branches yet have almost unusable cash machines
