Live about a mile from the sorting office and we are lucky to see the postie twice a week. Track n Trace order was 'supposed' to be delivered today but it was a no show. RM talk about cutting your own throat, there are plenty of alternative couriers!

Shocking service; my dpd parcels haven't been delivered in a week. Everything I've ordered has arrived at this depot and been returned to the retailers with no indication, which is very frustrating! There's also no telephone number that I can ring!
