I was surprised by an uncoperative staff member and manager who refused to do a bank transaction for me, despite Head office /call centre approval and instruction to do this. Not pleased with this Building society at all.Applied to switch my buy to let mortgage deal with rival bank /Building society and Was told initially through a mortgage broker I made the criteria and should not be a problem and even had a offer in principle....8 weeks later they refused they didn't even have the courtesy...

Very small office, and not great levels of interest offered on savings. Sadly for a business that is supposed to be about looking after its members they seem more interested in making money for themselves. Clearly forgotten their roots, sad to see.
