Went at 9am on 13/11/23. Shop didn't open until 9.10am. Even then the cash tills and computers needed turning on. Then 4 members of staff walking from the back to the front not actually doing anything. Until one decided to speak to a customer, one of the many now waiting in the shop due to staff inactivity.
