Got a £50 waitrose voucher for Christmas. Went in to spend it today. Very underwhelming experience to say the least. Strange store layout too. The only thing my husband wanted wasn't even recognised at the till so he left empty handed

The cafe is really uninspiring, not at all cosy and welcoming. The Welsh rarebit on ciabatta was fine, as was the fish finger sandwich. We occasionally call in there when we need lunch in the area but are actively looking for somewhere better. Dunelm and Sainsbury do much better!
