'FANTASTIC' what a difference it makes going to another branch. Over 5 weeks I have tried to move my existing virgin isa into a new isa with virgin & close my Mam's passbook account & open it into a new current account with the Moortown branch. A truly frustrating experience with this Virgin Money. It took two days to get my banking app working. Sometimes nearly all of the time now it does not work properly. I won’t be coming back to this. Virgin Money did not feel welcome at all. A truly upsetting experience for me personally.
