Called in got what I needed quickly only to stand in a queue forever waiting for a chap to collect a mail order parcel ( part of the service now grrrr), a very long queue formed all waiting, this really is hard for me to take on board,,,very poor addition to the service I'd say,at the cost of the customer's, perhaps a little...
